PointMaxx is made by two people, and you can email both of us.
hello@pointmaxx.appPlease don't email us your statements, card numbers or account numbers. If a statement didn't read correctly, describe it instead: the bank, whether it's a CSV or a PDF, and what went wrong. That's usually all we need.
What to write about
- A wrong card rate or out-of-date terms. Tell us which card, and what you think is off.
- A statement that didn't read correctly. Tell us the bank and the file type (CSV or PDF).
- A bug. What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A feature idea. Something you wish the site did.
- Privacy questions. Anything about how your data is handled.
- Anything else. We read everything.
When you'll hear back
We're a small team, so it can take a little while, but you'll usually hear back within a few days.
